IP & Takedown Policy

fitsyou is a personal virtual try-on service. When a user visits a fashion product page and clicks the fitsyou extension, their browser fetches the product image directly (client-side) and sends it — along with the user's own photo — to our AI model, which generates a private, user-facing composite image showing how that item might look on them.

fitsyou does not index, bulk-download, publicly re-publish, or redistribute retailer product images. The product image URL is stored as a reference only; the original image file is never copied to our servers. Generated composite images are private to the individual user who requested them and are not publicly accessible.

We acknowledge that retailer product photography is protected by copyright in most jurisdictions, and that brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. fitsyou does not claim any rights over retailer imagery and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any retailer or brand.

Our use is: (a) initiated solely by the end user on a product page they have navigated to; (b) limited to a single private composite for that user's personal purchasing decision; and (c) not used for advertising, resale, or commercial exploitation of the image.

If you are a rights-holder and believe fitsyou is infringing your intellectual property, please contact us at legal@fitsyou.live with the following information:

• Your name, company, and contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
• The specific URL(s) or content you believe infringes your rights.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve substantiated requests within 7 business days.
